"We were told that someone would be coming at 10am. It's 2:41 PM. We waited and are waiting over 4 hour. Each time we call, we are told to he is coming to us next, but don't know when. The service is garbage and communication is none. Not even worth the effort calling this company."
"I called them for a leaking tub faucet for my 85 yr old grandmother, and they say they replaced two parts and it still didn't work. They left the job twice in search of parts and still charged me for two hrs, when they only actually worked for one. AFTER ALL THAT, they said it was something else, demanded $310 for parts that didn't work and $125 a hour x2 for labor. THEN said it would be another $400 to ACTUALLY FIX IT!!!!!.....I even called and asked could they take off for the parts since you are about to replace everything INCLUDING those parts....they said NO and made my grandmother pay them in full!!! I went to Winnelson plumbing Supply and did it myself for $200 I wish I would have known what it was could have saved $300 bucks.........I WILL NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING THEM AGAIN!!! I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ANY STARS BUT YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO POST YOUR COMMENT!"
