"My experience was horrible! Let's start with poor management, leasing agents, etc. I was never late on my rent yet when I moved they felt the need to charge me for unpaid rent. The creditor said one thing they said another. Also, no peace because of fear that a bullet may come through the window at any given moment."

"Price going up and quality going down... dirty facility.... amenities have been non existent for years... advertising shows weight room and pool availability... this has not been available for years..."

"Very pleasant experience. All of the staffer seems to be nice and professional. I worked with Mrs. George, Mrs. Constance and Mr. Charlie. They all were very friendly and helpful. "Never anywhere to park! On top of all the other true bad reviews… But, If the management cared just a tad bit they would atleast have the parking lot lines painted back on the ground so that with our limited parking atleast people could park correctly instead of taking up what could be two parking spots inconveniencing their neighbors. I can’t expect my neighbors to care but the people who I pay my hard earned money to each and every month I do expect them care. I have small kids and get home after dark. We have to walk from a whole different building to get into our home. I have mentioned this to management but they seem to have no empathy or solutions for simple problems."

"I love my apartment BUT I have told them multiple times that my ac is out. I have been waitin AT THE LEAST 2 months to have it fixed. The always claim to fix it and it’s never done. Not to mention I’ve had heat/air problems since I moved in. I feel like if I am paying 900 a month, hell if I’m paying to live somewhere I shouldn’t have to continuously ask for my unit to be fixed only for it to breakdown within hours of “fixing”. I asked to be notified when some once has been in my home (a professional paper left on my table). I have also told the management on multiple occasions that I have asthma. Thankfully I live upstairs because I literally sleep with my windows and doors open. I should have to. I’ve also ask for corporate number and was told “ just call back up here” (the front office) if I’m having any further issues. I’ve also spoke with multiple neighbors that has experienced the same thing. I’m fed up!"
