"There was a stagnant mold smell. After my fiance checked the bathroom we saw mold covering the ceiling. I requested a refund immediately because we have small children. I was offered a different room, however I feel that I should have been initially offered a room that was suitable especially because I have an infant. I did file a report and I received my refund the next day. No contact from management has been made."
"The vending machines were out, all of them, the people where very nice. The dryer's didn't work and the young lady on the evening shift dried me and my children's stuff for us. Rooms are nice and clean, and the lady that does the housekeeping was Awesome. Beautiful spirit."
