"the worse management by far for condos. Lets start with the fact they claim they need no permission nor give any notice to enter your rented unit with or without you present.There is never any parking. Dog poop is all over the lawns and they do nothing to the owners who choose not to clean it up.They have 2 entrances which are supposed to be for security, one is blocked by overflowing dumpsters with trash alll around them, the other is never locked. Inside you will find painted cabinets that are so overpainted you cannot wipe them down without paint chipping everywhere.A tub painted over so many times its cracking in every corner so your child will take a lead infused bath with paint chips. Open the furnace and you will see a filter that has its last maintenance stamped at 05/2010 and its now 2024. Tenants are allowed to leave their dogs alone in the dog park where no-one else trusts to enter with theirs.I'M certain the gym is for online photos only as well as the pool.the children's park is always filled with trash and swings are often broke and hanging off.Heavy police prescence due to many altercations taking place here.You will have about 500$ of additional charges added to your monthly rent including amazon boxes that are mandatory fees whether you choose to use them or don't. If you live in front the only dumpster is about 10 min walk.The screen doors on multiple units are seen just resting upright because they do not stay on the tracks.When other tenants leave they will bomb only their units so their infestations spread to neighboring units. Prepare for the water to be cut off at least 3 times a month for hours with no formal notice. Zero star rating and for these prices you can definitely find something better and bigger.They have potential to be very nice condos however with the current management they will soon be income based apartments, I'm sure. DONT Do IT PLEASE You Will Regret IT!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I’ve only been here 4 months and I regret it already. The apartment complex I moved from was so much better, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. I guess you live and learn. Several of the reviews I’ve read are true. I won’t go into details because many of them have and they are all saying the same thing so that speaks for itself. I just wish I would’ve taken them more seriously instead of coming and experiencing it for myself. No place is perfect but I expect you to at least live up to what was presented prior to move in. Once you sign the lease, it’s down hill from there. Don’t be deceived! You were warned.."
