"I don’t know how this place isn’t shut down. First, I had a tour with this property. I had to tour the place without anyone there. The place was FILTHYYYY! Do you hear me? FILTHY. They said I had to make 4x to 5x the rent. I said huh? (WEIRD RIGHT?) I got “denied” because of that. Who makes that much money. They tried to give me an apartment starting at $1700 when I applied for the $1500 one. They ACTIVELY deny me for my admin fee which is REFUNDABLE. I understand people are desperate for housing. Everyone is trying to get by, but this is ridiculous!!! They are scammers pocketing our money. People that reside there say that they don’t fix anything. They don’t spray for bugs. They add extra charges on the rent. How lowdown can you be? Anyways!!!! If you are going to rent from here, know what you are getting yourself into. Matter of fact, JUST DONT. You have been warned."
