"I cannot speak highly enough of the team that runs this apartment complex. Brett at the leasing office had been so easy to contact and reach when I was looking for a place. Answered always, and if I missed him he called back. Friendly and honest. Got me all the info I needed and even snapped a video for me of the unit. Very nice guy. Crystal at the leasing office had been very welcoming and accommodating since i moved in. Always greeting me with a smile and happy to hell me. Sincere lady. Pat from maintenance has been great! I had a couple of things to fix since I moved in. When I put a request on the portal with multiple things to fix, they came within the hour and fixed everything. Truly impressed! We all know the leasing office and maintenance make or break the experience abd livelihood of renting. But for once, this team is running things right! The place itself is quite nice and calm."

"I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this apartment complex. The management was consistently rude and provided incomplete and late information about charge changes, leaving residents in the dark. Their lack of transparency and dishonest practices made the living situation unbearable. I would strongly advise against considering this place for your next home."

"Update 2023: We got in!...But, we had to move some months later. However, Brett, Crystal, and Jessica are still amazing!! They were fair and compassionate with all our issues and helped us with everything we needed. If the decision to stay was based on the front office staff we would have never left. They even helped us after we moved. Love them forever. 2022: Brett and Crystal are absolutely amazing! They welcomed my hubby and I with open arms from the day we set foot on the property. When we found that they didn't have any apartments available they promised they would call us as soon as something became available and they did! We had trouble figuring out the application process and why our application was denied, after Crystal did everything she could to help. Brett swooped in and let us know who to call and how to dispute it, and exactly what information we needed to dispute. Then, he went the extra, extra mile and called the credit bureau himself to get accurate information for us. He knew exactly what to do with each issue that arose, and allayed all our fears. Right now all we have to do is wait on the dispute to be reviewed, and he said we should be approved. The info we disputed is a legitimate mistake, so we are very hopeful. Whether we get to move into Stillwood or not we will never forget the TLC and professionalism shown and the extra miles Brett and Crystal walked for us. I hear nothing but good things about Stillwood. It's in a beautiful surrounding area, and they have wonderful staff and lovely tenants that welcomed us with warm smiles.
