"I am a new resident at Lullwater. Ms. Detonya, the manager, was clear and concise with leasing requirements and assisted me every step of the way. She went the extra mile to make sure my unit was in perfect condition on move-in. She made time to offer assistance and answer questions, despite the fact that she seems to be running the place by herself! Me and my roommate are very grateful for all her help."

"I was assisting my mother with moving into the community. The staff was extremely professional. I must say the assistant manager Katina was BEYOND AMAZING! She went above and beyond with helping my mother in her first transition into an apartment community. She was patient, informative and friend in this new stage in my mother’s life. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. I feel comfortable leaving her in Katina and Lullwater’s care."
