"If I can give them negative stars I would love to. The office never picked up the phone calls or called me back even once. Sooo many roaches in the apartment. My room got a lot of roaches after my neighbor, who live upstairs, moved out. I saw about 10-20 roaches daily. I took contacts to apartment office to do pest control inside of my room; however, they didn’t do anything for 3weeks until I visited the office for 3-4times. So disappointed. And even if you made workorders on online system, they closed without doing any actual works…. My lease ended recently. The last day of my lease was Saturday and the office close on the weekend as you know. So I brought my keys to the office and gave to Sylvia on Thursday which is 2days before my actual lease ends and I explained to her about it. She said “Got it, thanks”. Whenever I got final invoice from the apartment through email. And they charged me 3days of rent because the office closed on weekend…..!? It doesn’t make any sense since I gave my key back to them before…. Office people have ignored when I took a contact about it and I’m so done with this place. It was my worst decision I’ve ever made in my life to live in this apartment. Please do not move in to this place. PLEASE run away from this place. Don’t waste your money or time. If you are my friend, I definitely will not recommend you to live here. I wasted my time, money, and also my quality of life."

"I am now updating my review on Woodland Commons. I definitely want to compliment Sylvia, from the Leasing Office. I had a particular situation last week where I was asking if someone at the Leasing Office or Maintenance could help me with. In a matter of minutes Sylvia replied to my email and then went completely out of her way to help me, with the most positive and caring attitude and with the biggest smile. Thank you so much, Sylvia!!! You deserve a raise and a promotion. Also, I can definitely now see the difference between the previous Management (previous owners) and the current one. Overall, things have definitely improved. Thank you!!"

"i stayed here for 8 months my air was constantly working and not working my refrigerator was being ran by a box fan. my refrigerator and air has really not been working since my first day of move in. the maintenance man will always say he will be right back and never comes back to fix anything. dont waste your time nor money here bc its not worth it. also i had a stalking neighbor each and everyday which the property manager did nothing about. she would bang on my door all types of night.she would also watch all my family members that came over making it very uncomfortable to stay.the first day i moved in she busted off into my apartment without us knowing who she is and leaves random notes on the door. my whole time i was miserable living in my own home and im am so happy that i got away from these people."

"My son has lived there since December. A/C has been out for over a week no one has been by his place to fix it. Also has problems with washer and dryer. I guess when no one showed up for walk through and handed over the keys should have known things would be this way. Don’t recommend this place at all. They also have six month old. He has been to the office and was told they only have one Maintenace person and spoke to owner. No one seems to care. Please reply unless you are sending someone over to fix immediately. Maybe if we get the news stations involved it may help find a way to help or to anther place that actually cares about their renters. Very sad."
