"For the 3 years my family and I lived in these apartments, and it was one experience I wish NOONE ever has to go through. One great thing however was the leasing office manager Tasha she kind, very responsive and helpful. However one amazing staff doesn't change the environment. The Crime rate there is so bad. I saw police like twice a week there. Another thing is when something broke or needed fixing in our apartment it took us calling over and over to finally get it fixed because our work orders were not being answered. The WORST of it all was from DAY ONE I shared my apartments with roaches. Bugs every room and it was horrible. It was so bad that we found then crawling in our babies stuff. Not only roaches but Mold, they start a treatment and then never comes back and never gets to the bottom of it. We has to toss out so much good furniture because we didn't want to bring them with us. We kept contacting to the office and kept beeing put on a list. And these bug people were horrible, that is if they came. Loud neighbors fighting and smoking weed on the stairs 24/7. If there was a 0 rating I would give it. Tasha was the only good thing about these apartments. 0 out of 10 DONT live here"
"I have been staying in Newnan Crossing for over a year now. The commute isn’t long from any restaurants, grocery stores, or gas stations. I can walk to Target, old navy & Ashley park from here. It’s a very safe community. Staff is very friendly & welcoming. Nyesha helped with any issues or questions I had & communicated in a very professional manner! The only problem I’ve had with these apartments are my amenities are old & could be updated."
"Miss Cox does a wonderful job with Newnan Crossing ever since she came a lot has been getting done. Thank God they got rid of the old maintenance supervisor. He did not get any work done at all. Cox has a great workplace Personality, professional, and very attentive. GREAT JOB KEEP HER AROUND"
"Through all of our challenges the eight years we've lived here; we've enjoyed the Newnan Crossing Apartments, because of the location and it's convenience to everything. I must say that management is different from Florida, however we do thank Mrs. Tasha for standing in the Gap in our times of need. We know that management is not easy, but if you need someone to understand you; talk with Mrs.Tasha."
