"I moved here in November 2023, mold in all windows!! The windows have water coming from them that runs down the wall and settles on the floor!!! THE toilet sweats so bad the water leaks off of it settling on the floor!! Mold behind the toilet so thick it looks like a bad hair weave!!! I was supposed to have been transferred but I'm still in the same unit, now I was told today there are no units to accommodate my income!!! MANAGEMENT PRECILLA IS A LIAR!!! DOEST KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING!!! Their only concern is the rent!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY MOVING HERE!!!!! AND I HAVE RECEIPTS TO BACK UP WHAT IM SAYING!!!!!!!!!!"

"I called yesterday and spoke with a very sweet lady named Deon and she was the most polite property manager I’ve dealt with so far. I can tell once a unit is available for us that we’re going to love it here!"
"It has been good so far. The manager Ms. Brittany is very nice and will work with you and make moving in less frustrating with all the paper work. Pines is a much nicer place than what it was before she came. Quiet and Peaceful. I enjoy my deck now."
