"Love the location & architecture of the apartment! However, don't expect to recoup any significant portion of your security deposit. Lived there for 2yrs. Referred multiple people, one of which I know for a fact lived at their Carrollton location, but when it came time for the final walk through I was super disappointed. Conveniently, the estimates for “repairs” was our whole deposit, less $20. The majority of which was for a deep cleaning & steam cleaning of carpets. (Normal business expense & expected preparations for new tenants.) We left no extraordinary item in need of grave repair; all normal wear + tear. See pictures below."
