"Edited to say a new management is coming in January 2024 we were told. Hopefully they will be better than the current one. Received a letter on door this month saying all the rent amounts on app were wrong. They are still wrong twelve days later. Why does it take 12 or more days to log on as admin and correct the amounts?Incompetent to say the least. New management company same problems. The owner always find the most incompetent management companies lately. (Four different ones) Office staff does not follow through with calls or maintenance. It seems to bother them when you call because they always have an attitude. Maybe one day we will get someone that cares. Oh but we did have someone that cared and they got rid of that management company!"

"I looked at the current rental prices and immediately knew something was off as the current prices are well below the average. I then came and looked at the reviews and didn't scroll long to see two people reported flooding that management failed to take care of which left them with electric bills in the hundreds and thousands. That's absolutely absurd. We as tenants have rights and if your leasing property isn't fixing issues and a reasonable amount of time, you have EVERY right to take them court for breach of contracts. The filing fee is only $300 and I can tell you with personal experience it is worth the fight. Gather your documents to show the court you've repeatedly asked the management team to fix the issue. I take reviews very seriously. I am happy to continue my search elsewhere!"

"There's a big reason not to move here. It is run down and things go totally awry with several floods in my apartment over the last 2 years, no AC because they won't fix it, even though it's summertime here. We had to go buy a window unit and run the AC on full blast for a month now, only to achieve a huge electric bill and be sweating profusely. At the same time the freezer and fridge died and they took weeks to get another one! A neighbor says she's had raw sewage leaking from another apartment into her place! Rats are everywhere because the trash overflows continually. Broken glass awaits you when dumping the trash. And they won't fix things because they've hired help through lots of companies only to not pay them for their work, so the word is out, no one comes to fix the problems since no one gets paid. Multiple times the management gets replaced and it's consistently worsening. DON'T MOVE HERE!"
