"One of the worst experiences I have had with a "handyman". If you need a band-aid fix that only lasts 2 months, then he's your guy! I hired Ken in December to level my porch, fix the an issue on the back door, and paint the porch. After jerry-rigging everything he gladly took my money. When the temps warmed up, all his errors and lack of craftsmanship appeared. Nothing he did held up. When he came to "fix" it the first time, he said he'd come back and touch up the remaining items ( still waiting for that). While he was here he mentioned " I had a feeling this wouldn't hold up". I have given him many opportunities to make things right but he has taken advantage of my kindness. Don't waste your money, you'll just have to hire someone else to do it correctly."
