Hampton Inn Bremen-I-20 (Carrollton Area)

"A delightful experience! The room was immaculate in all areas. Clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The facility was beautiful and well-kept. The amenities like the imaginative breakfast with different items each day was a special treat. And I cannot say enough good things about the staff! One and all were exceedingly welcoming, kind and friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating. My wife and I and our two dogs were guests for a week and a half and we hated to leave. This hotel is a shining example of what the hospitality industry should aspire to. My compliments and gratitude to the management and staff!"

"Where do I begin...!! This is by far the nastiest hotel I have EVER stayed at. I switched rooms 4 times and the only reason I stayed in the 4th room is that I was too tired to switch again. My family and I were coming off a 12 hour drive, arriving at the hotel around 1230 am - 0100. The first room (211) had mold around the tub and the furniture was very worn. Second room (311) had a huge stain on the carpet at the door entrance, large stains on the lamp shades, mold around the tub and the furniture was worn. Third room (317), the curtain was hanging off the hooks, mold around the tub and large stains in the carpet. Fourth floor room (214), I thought was the better one, however it was a nightmare. The tub had a dirt ring around the inside, mold around the top, hair of the last guess (I'm guessing) on the floor, door coming off the hinge and worn furniture. I'm not sure how this hotel is receiving a 4 plus star review. I paid over 170 to stay at this hotel, which was definitely OVER priced!!! Please please do not be deceived by the reviews. This place is not worth they stay if you truly care where you lay your head. Please see a few pictures that took of room 214. I wish I would have taken pictures of the other rooms to share."

"Surprised this is still a Hampton. Room was well worn, not clean and in rough shape. This was the worst Hampton inn we have ever stayed in. Very disappointed with everything, even the breakfast and coffee was terrible. Seems like a lot of Hamptons are at the end of their serviceable lives. Time to find a newer better brand."

"The Hampton/Hilton hotel in Bremen was the filthiest hotel, I have ever experienced! There were fleas in the room, and the floors were dirty! When the manager moved me to another room, the strong smell of mold almost choked me and when I looked up there was mold all over the ceiling! This hotel needs a MAJOR overhaul, and should not allow anyone to stay there until a renovation is completed! However, the staff was very nice! I did not stay at the hotel and there were no charges to my credit card. I can’t believe this is a Hilton hotel! I will not stay at another Hilton after this experience!"

"This was a nice Hampton Inn. The front staff & woman serving breakfast were very friendly & welcoming. They made sure we had all that was needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options, including fresh fruit. The rooms were a good size & had all the amenities. The beds & pillows were super comfortable. My only complaint was the door was difficult to close. It had to be pushed hard to shut when the kids would go in & out. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay."
