"The management over Oakview apartments they do not fix anything. There is a lot people that need new stoves water leak fixed etc…They will not do nothing. They just give you the runaround about things that need to be fixed."

"The new management that took over for Evergreen (Cedartown), Tower Village (Rockmart), and Oakview (Aragon), hasn’t sent my security deposit and will not answer or return my calls about it. I moved out in January —- it’s now almost April. They do not allow you to come “in office” without an appointment due to Covid, but won’t contact back about an appointment NOR the deposit that is rightfully mine. Just be aware the management isn’t swift to address the issues they actively cause, even if it affects others. Good luck if you have to deal with them."
"The common areas are well maintained. I usually stay in the car and wait for the resident to come down a long flight of metal stairs. I wouldn't consider living there."
