"I had a great experience with Penny Construction. Kevin Penny was very knowledgeable about my roofing issue and was quick to respond to my request. His employee's even came out on a Saturday. After fixing my issue, his team also inspected other vents and exhaust pipes on the roof and found a vent boot that was showing signs of dry rot. It wasn't a problem now but would be in the future. The issue was clearly explained to me and was also illustrated with numerous photos of the damage. The workers did not have a boot with them so they sealed the damage and came out early the next business day to replace it. I was very happy with the work that they did. They went the extra mile by not just fixing my issue but by inspecting the rest of the roof. It saved me money in the future by proactively preventing damage. I will definitely use Penny Construction in the future."

Friendly, efficient and doing excellent work. They cleaned the work areas daily, and have been on time every day. They worked with us every step of the way even when we had plan changes.
