"Calm and cool"
"My daughter has been trying to get her security deposit back for more than 30 days. No one answers the phone when I call, and I've called from my attorney's office, as well as my office and cell. Management was shoddy at best. Issue Resolved 08/30/2023 took 43 days to receive the security deposit."
"The property management is absolute garbage at answering the damn phone. Got them to answer once and they took my number and said I'd get a call back. This is ridiculous. Edited: I did get an apartment here. The day I was going to get my keys, they weren't there. Said maintenance needed to change the locks. Waited 2 hours. They said maintenance was there. Waited another 2 and never got the keys. Turns out, maintenance changed the locks to the wrong apartment. Took a month for my shower to get fixed, it had no cold water. Just scalding hot water all the time. Charging waaaaay too much for what it is and they charge an extra $10 for a building fee that's not included in your rent. Not renewing my lease. Edit 2: My lease has been over for a little over a month now. I was told I was getting my full deposit back. I've called 3 times about it since I returned my keys. I keep getting a runaround about it and it looks as though I'll be seeking legal representation at this point. I'd strongly advise renting elsewhere unless this place comes under new management. The apartment itself and the neighborhood is not bad, but good luck with management."
