"A very agressively strict manager who has unusually high and picky expectations of elderly tenants. To the best of my knowledge, there are no published rules & regs signed as a portion of the lease agreement, leaving management the freedom of deciding occupancy/eviction considerations on an incident by incident basis. My mother will never live there, unless tenants acquire much more secure terms within their lease agreements"
