"5 stars, DEFINENTLY! The staff service & maintenance is on point! The staff goes above & beyond to make family friendly events each month, celebrates birthdays, hosts workshops, and provides services for the residents. The manager is highly personable, professional, and cares about residents. The complex is a safe area, kids play together after school, and management encourages community. Because the price has been so reasonable and our experience so wonderful, both my husband and I decided to put off buying a house longer because Aubrun Ridge has been so perfect for us! We love it here!! About those 1 Star comments... Speaking as a long-time resident, it's not true. So I'll tell you how it is. Auburn Ridge is NOT a 1 Star appartment complex. (Ha. I can show you a rodent/roach infested apartment complex in Chattanooga, with moldy rotting floors, broken utilities and methhead neighbors. Its 2-3x the price I'm paying, with no maintenance or management to speak of. THAT IS A 1 STAR!!) Aubrun Ridge has basic rules, more than probably most. Such as pay your rent on time, dont smoke in the apartment, dont trash your apartment, ect. Some folks don't like rules and won't take personal responsibility. Yeah, they are upset when management tells them they have to pay their rent on time, they can't live in their own filth & trash, can't put their complex at risk by smoking in the apartment, ect. Auburn Ridge always replies to those comments respectfully, but you better believe they can't point out how awful some renters can be... Some people choose to pretend to be the victim, smearing businesses online making it LOOK like there's a problem when there's NOT. It's nasty, and I wont stand by when we have incredible management who do not deserve this 1 star bogus... Rant. Over. ;-)"

"I LOVE living at Auburn Ridge! I'm so sorry someone has had a bad experience with the management but yours was the exception, NOT the rule. I've lived her almost 5 years and have had only one major complaint & it was resolved with little duress. I appreciate the fact that management is very concerned for the safety & quality of life the residents enjoy by living here. I've spoken with many of the other long-time residents and they all agree with my view. We give it 5 Stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Live there for 2 years absolutely enjoyed it would still be there if we didn't buy a house. management is excellent top rate can't ask for any better. anything need to be done and got done right away the property was well maintained very good environment the manager is very nice and helpful one of those kind of managers that go out of the way to make you happy. even though we have our own home now we still miss living there"
