"I went in this store today to see which boxes they had pre-made. Because tomorrow is Father’s Day they didn’t have much in the display case. The young man who helped me was pleasant an polite ! He made up 2 small boxes of chocolate covered fruit for me and had it ready quickly. I was so impressed by this young man! I will now be a repeat customer! I already know that the product is excellent! We need more stores with associates like this!"

"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! I want you know this location is horrible for delivery and customer service. John especially was the rudest of them all. When you think you are doing something nice for someone else by ordering them a edible arrangement you never expect horrible service. (I order from them just about once a year for mother’s day never had an issue). I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother’s day. They did not knock like I asked them too, (she was home) also they did not listen to instructions if she was not home. Told them exactly where to put it. When my mom goes to leave to run some errands she sees it and gets excited but notices there are ants all over the package and inside of the package. So she tells me. I call them and the guy says we followed your instructions. I said you did not. They stated they could re-make and deliver it today. I call today and John states he wants me to pay again for another arrangement that they clearly did not follow any of my SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS too. I said no I am not re-paying. I was told they would re-make this due to someone not following the delivery instructions. John gets irritated and hangs up the phone. I call back he said there is nothing we can do since we did our job so unless you are paying again we cannot help you. I said oh ok great I will be calling corporate with this issue because it’s ridiculous. Corporate fixed the issue ASAP and is refunding me for the issue. I am a Manager and honestly if John worked for me he would be long gone. Being rude to customers is a absolute NO. This location needs to at least write him up for his actions."

"My experience with the Edible Arrangement store in Woodstock was exceptional. I needed a quick arrangement for my anniversary done in a short time. I placed my order the night before and was contacted by a store Rep. He called to inform me that, frankly, he wasn't confident that they'd be able to accommodate my deliver time criteria. He said they could try to meet my deadline, however they'd have to up-charge me for an earlier delivery. He could sense my uncertainty over the phone and instead assured me that he would only up-charge me if his delivery person was able to make it on time. Then on the next day, not only did they deliver the arrangement on time but they also decided not to up-charge me at all!! I was so grateful for both their exceptional customer service and consideration. I would definitely recommend their store to any other prospects in the greater Atlanta area!"
