"I sent this store to my boyfriend & asked him to get me flowers from here to try it out. They were rude & non-responsive. I don’t recommend. Took our money and said they could be ready for pickup by 4pm.. however just never updated us. I showed up and it’s closed… so they just took our money & lied to us. DO NOT USE/TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!!!"

"Unfortunately, the store has seriously let me down. I was considering placing an order to test out to see if I would want to use that in the future for a wedding. We placed an order today for pick up by the end of the day as we have guests in town this weekend, and they said yes and made us pay over the phone. However, after payment, her attitude changed and she got rude said she would call back by the end of the day and let us know when it was ready and never dead. I showed up and the place is closed. What the hell now I’m going to have to dispute this with my bank most likely unless she miraculously calls in the next hour however, I doubt that’s the case as it’s closed I would not recommend this place serious customer service issues and owner has an attitude problem. Find another local flower shop and stay far away from this place. Based on other reviews on yelp, this is not the first time she’s been rude to a customer."

The centerpieces at the venue were absolutely beautiful and all of the details that they provided made everything look so elegant and perfect -- I mean, a giant flower wall, C'MON! Not only was everything done so wonderfully, but Irina and her team were such a joy to work with!
