"The meat was mid, the top looked fresh and red, but when I got home, the back was brown, like it had been there for a long time, did not take a picture of it. It was definitely not worth almost $100 for 2 pieces of ribeye at $45 per pound. You would think ist the most flavorful, fresh meat, but I could have gotten that same cut at kroger for $40. I would never do this again."

"Best place in town for meat. You can find things that no one else carries. Pickled, canned, sauces everything. Very fresh veggies. Really nice people."

"The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had the "grassfed beef" steaks and they were so tender and flavorful."

"When I think farmer's market, I think fresh. After examining the refrigerated pickles with a best by date of January 2021, I made my purchases wisely. At the same time, I feel if more folks supported businesses like this it wouldn't be an issue. However, if quality is not attainable perhaps it's time to rethink strategy. Fresh produce selection is meh. It's fresh, but not a lot of variety. I was surprised that they had giant brussels sprouts and asparagus vs. having to request certain produce such as strawberries. Jarred products offered a good selection, but not very well organized. I would prefer all pickled okra to be together so I could choose. Maybe organized by brand?? Butcher section, meat section, frozen seafood all looked GREAT, BUT after seeing not so fresh refrigerated pickles, I was hesitant to purchase. They did have a good selection of specialty cheese and bacon. I'll go back to help support them and hope that my business will allow for them to raise their standards, but I will be very cautious. Can't wait to try the fresh jalapeno cheese bread. Can't say much on the prices because I purchased out of the ordinary for my normal list. Produce seems reasonable, meat TBD, jarred products a wee high, bacon okay, sliced cheese overpriced, but commercial brand. Using jarred tomato sauce for spaghetti squash tonight. Smells and looks amazing. More photos and hopefully improved review to follow."
