"Honesty not that bad. Yes I was sent away when I arrived 30min before my 8pm appointment. But went to park at a Walmart 2 miles down the road with no issues. Several truck waiting there. Got called to return 3 hours later, parked and waited for an hour. Got a door and loaded an hour later. All staff I spoke to behaved in an acceptable manner. Normally I wouldn’t be too thrilled about all the wait time, but I use a time wisely to rest before the long trip ahead ahead."
"Do not pull into yard before u check in hard yard to turn around in when sent away to wait.. walmart close bt park along tree line ..they will call u to holding dock when there ready for u. Tight docks to back into about 2 hrs to load..no overnight parking yes the have bathroom .gaurds were nice enough .my appointment was at 9pm for pick up left place about midnight..pre cool trailer before u dock"
"Call! Before arriving call the number make sure they are going to offload or load you, if you don't call ahead and arrive there you will probably will be told to find parking elsewhere and wait for them to call you. Save yourself the headache and don't make the same mistake I did."
"The security guard is very rude, everyone else is very nice, no parking you will have to park in the Walmart, my appointment time was 6pm bills in hand 1:30am"
