"This is the worst store ever with the worst customer service! Don't bother going here to spend your money as it is not worth it. First of all, they are highly priced and deliberately don't put price tag on their items. The store is very messy and their products are not fresh. They rang up a $57 item that I did not purchase. I realized it and asked for my refund. Some lady who is supposedly the owner was very rude, yelling and demanding that I needed to be patient not giving clear instructions about how or when I would be refunded. When I insisted that she didn't need to speak to me in that manner as I didn't make the error and her staff did, she flung my receipt at me stating I should deal with her staff. The staff who only works on the weekend and was very apologetic as he realized it was the store's error told me nothing could be done for 2 weeks because the owner refused to take ownership and handle the situation. I had the worst experience ever and I have been to several African/Caribbean stores. I would be calling the Better Business Bureau on this store. I still don't have my refund and I have no clear details or timeline as to when I would be refunded. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T VISIT THIS STORE AS THE OWNER CLEARLY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS."
