"Put a firearm on layaway in May '21, got covid in June '21, was hospitalized. It's now August '21, finally getting back on my feet to be able to walk and move around because of what it did to me. So I called to pay the layaway, and they said they sold the firearm and kept my deposit because they didn't hear from me. Well I'm sorry that I almost died and couldn't call anybody. I understand the sale of the firearm, but my deposit is different when I had a pretty darn good excuse. Just saying that is not understanding people, just rather take a sick person's money."
