"The staff are very friendly. However I have had two incidents where I ordered some packages online and I received an delivery status on the app, but when I went to check the mailbox my package wasn't in it. I went to USPS and spoke with an manager. She sent a carrier the next day to check the surrounding mailboxes for the packages, and the package wasn't found. This happened twice ! Where I have a delivery confirmation and no package. I honestly feell like the post office should have refunded me. I reported to the app I was using( I use this app regularly) that my packages were "delivered" but I did not receive the package, and the suppliers on the app bascally told me that they cannot give me my money back because the package has a delivered status. Im not sure if the carrier is placing the mail in the wrong mailbox, or what the case may be."
