"I came here to pawn a gold bracelet. I stood there at least 10mins before I was even asked do I need help. The employee went outside and pick up his lunch before I was even acknowledged. The same employee ran tests on the bracelet. Instead of laying it on a flat surface, he held the bracelet by one end in the air as it dangled back and forth. Then he lied and said my bracelet stuck to the magent. When I got in the car, I ran the same test using a strong magnet and it did NOT attract to the magnet. I took the same bracelet to another pawn shop where they did the same tests. My bracelet passed all tests and accepted my jewelry. I don't appreciate being lied to and I dont appreciate being embarrassed. If the employee was ready to take his lunch, he should've did just that and let another employee help me. I wouldn't recommend this pawn shop to anyone. I will never patronize this business again. I hope you go out of business for the TERRIBLE customer service."

"Gun nut here. Again. Found an old 22 I wanted. Not expensive $129.00 I think. Buuuut, they had a $500.00 gun that my brother wanted. So we both went back the next day. I asked the lady if purchasing 2 would give us a discount. "No." Not a usual no. More of a "HOW DARE YOU ASK THAT!" kind of no. I told her I'd never been in a pawn shop that wouldn't negotiate on price. My brother still wanted the $500.00 gun so he started the paperwork. Almost 2 HOURS later she asked if I still wanted the other one. I asked to see it again. After giving her my ID again she handed me the gun. I asked if I could remove the trigger lock just to make sure the firing pin would work. Response, "That doesn't come off till you leave out the door." Ooook, well what if it doesn't work? NO RETURNS. NO WARRANTY. NOOOOOTHING! In short, which is too late now, I did not buy it. I will never buy from them and most likely I'll never walk in the place again. Also, while looking around for the almost 2 hours , I noticed something interesting. A lot of there used beat up stuff cost more than new would. I know most pawn shops are that way. So they can negotiate! But this place doesn't do that!!!!"

"This is an amazing place to shop if you want to save money and don't mind used items. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Stacey, one of the managers, helped me get a mobile scooter that I need due to a disability. She was very fair with the price as well. I'll definitely return to this establishment."
