"I have been using Precision Tax for 12 years, and in in my opinion these are the most helpful people I've come across. I understood 2014 was a difficult time for this family run business. With just two people, medical issue with Mrs. Anne caused a bottom neck in their production, and I was advised to perhaps go to another tax preparer. I did take their advice, only to find out I was going to have to pay 300, and my return would only be 900 dollars. I stop it immediately, went back to Precision and told them to take their time. Even though I had to wait a little longer, I received over 3000 back, and paid them 150. I will continue to use them as long as I can."
"These people did 2 years of bad returns for me and didn't stand behind their work. After over 4 years of letting this matter fester with the IRS they jokingly admitted that they had not done a good job for me and suggested that I go somewhere else. Eventually after they didn't show up for a meeting I took their advice and did go somewhere else and they even refused to cooperate with my new accountant when he asked them for some information. Also one year, even though I gave them my tax records weeks in advance of April 15. they filed an extension and didn't file till the last day of the extension and charged me their full fee even though I had to pay a penalty to the IRS because of their extension."
"THEY GET A ZERO!!! they have had my two sets of tax returns for a month and MOLLY is NOW telling me, 5:00 on Friday, April 12th, that she cannot get my taxes done in time & to come pick up my stuff and take it somewhere else!!!!!!!!"
