"THANKS AGAIN FOR DELIVERING MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I NEEDED THIS FOR THIS WEEKEND!!!! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO GET IT FROM THE HEALTH DEPT. THE ADDRESS CLEARLY STATES SUITE 110!!!! So happen someone is in the Health Dept. and I was able to get them to the door. She checked their office and the WIC office and couldn't locate the package. This is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!!! 2/5/24 UPDATE. After going back to every unit in the building, I went back to the Health Dept. where it says the package was "DELIVERED"! The young man at the front desk called someone and that person said he'd bring it back today because our office was closed. Our office is open Monday through Friday. It was not closed and why mark a package delivered if it was not delivered. Why wasn't it left inside the box with the key as it normally is? Is this person new?"

"They do a great job and they have friendly and very helpful staff. people need to stop blaming them for what happens to there packages before they arrive at this facility! And remember there the post office not the best funded government operation. This isn't a privately funded operation like other delivery services it's not hard to see they try there hardest to help everyone!"

"I have had a package that was shipped almost two weeks ago and said 4 day delivery which was supposed to be the next Tuesday of last week. Fast forward another week and it still hasn’t been scanned or updated or delivered. Going on almost two weeks now on a 4 day shipping package. Ups or FedEx always stay true with my packages but I always seem to have problems with usps. definitely not on top of their game and need to step up and do better and have tried reaching out to them and all I get is them telling me it hasn’t reached the next facility that is about an hour and a half away in over a week??? Ridiculous!! I am furious"

"The postal office use to be on their job as they should be. Now it is not an honest facility. I ordered something online and it is on my tracking as delivered. It's going on three days later and I still do not have it. I've also had a family member have someone send her something and the mail man decides to put it as delivered rather than bring as it was suppose to. . They did not handle it until she constantly complained to them. Fix the delivery error that keeps happening, and this will be a well place"
