"American Movers Direct was the worse customer service and experience I have ever had. The truck was days late to get to Cleveland, OH and terrible communication, at one point I was told the truck was in Pennsylvania and stuck in the snow. There has not been snow for weeks and then about 2 hours late I was told the truck is in Nebraska. The truck had a 2 day window and did not make that timing. The next morning I got a call saying that the truck was stuck in the rain in Michigan. This overall process was horrible! The truck finally arrived and the driver tells me it will be thousands of dollars more For my items and this was not communicated. The truck driver also could not tell me when my items would be delivered even though the trip was five hours away. Overall this company was horrible costumer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!"

"We used Movers Direct for an in town move in Chattanooga yesterday. I can't rate this company high enough. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they were incredibly efficient with their time. Everyone on their crew was very nice and worked extremely hard. They were careful with our things and with the houses on the load out and load in. If we move again, we will have them do the move for us again. Use this company! Thank you so much! I can't say enough good things."
"This is the third time that we have used the services of Movers Direct ,and it was a complex move, involving picking up furniture from Florida, warehousing it briefly, and then delivering it to California. Kristy, the owner, communicated with us each step of the way, as did the three person crew. They were punctual both in pick up and delivery, and everything arrived in good shape.
