Every year there are more and more people in the waiting room, so is better to file earlier and drop off your taxes. There is nothing more reassuring than picking up those envelopes with the gold stickers. If you have to wait though, you have the pleasure of his awesome receptionist and of watching him work. ....just don't expect him to talk a lot though."

"This was by far the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever endured. I sat and waited for hours and I do mean hours !!!!! Once I was in the room being helped , the man helping me moved extremely slow. He kept walking away from the desk(not excusing himself), he continued to pick up his phone and text/answer calls, and he continued to walk back and forward to take small eating breaks. I seriously can not make this up! This whole experience was just terrible. If you plan on coming here I strongly advise you not to. I would advise you to go elsewhere because you WILL have a long wait period and leave extremely annoyed. This is not a very professional company. Please take your money somewhere else where you’ll be more satisfied. If you come here your will be wasting your time, energy and your money. I strongly don’t recommend you coming to this establishment!"
