"Do not trust this office to do your tax return. Their is no one left that knows what they are doing. Ms. Sharon no longer works here. She was the last knowledge person left. I have been coming to this office for over twenty years. This year they messed up my return and I have had to come back four times to try and get things corrected. They are completely unprofessional, do not keep the set appointment times, don’t have the curtesy to call or text about the change and most importantly are clueless when having to do more than a simple return. I hate to say it but H&R Block has lost this customer."
