"I wish there was an option to put zero stars. I used this business to file my 2020 Tax return. I never received a copy of my return when it was complete. I reached out to the business several times. Each time I was told that the tax preparer was not in the office. It wasn't until I told the receptionist that I had been calling for 3 weeks and each time I was told to call back another day. Come to find out, I was being lied to. The tax preparer was there. I was told that I would have to pay $100 for a copy of my return if I they had to send a duplicate copy. I advised them I had never received the original copy. The receptionist verified that she did not see where a copy had been sent to me. So when I spoke with the tax preparer she told me I would have to pay the $100. She was very unprofessional. She told me it was my word against hers. She then proceeded to tell me (after I told her that another person confirmed that it was never sent) that because I waited a year that I would have to pay. I had NEVER dealt with anyone so unprofessional. I will NEVER use their services again."
