Booked a load for saturday pickup, my driver drove 150 miles for pickup, they didnt mention a pickup number so i called saturday, noone amswered my call so i emailed, i got a response the next day on sunday. Came in monday and they said they tried called me a bunch of times, but they somehow forgot there are different way to contact us, like via email, theyre refusing to give me a TONU and they are being rude. The person i booked with name is mitchel and he staryed ignoring me whenever i asked, only way to get him to respond was contacting his accounting and calling him out. Horrible company, will never ever book with them again."
