"BEWARE, BEWARE, this is the worst company I’ve ever worked for leaving SCHUGEL was a blessing, they have no Empathy for drivers, my dispatcher was Steve Cash, always lied too me, lack of communication, not consistent miles, they gave me a half a penny raise, after a year of never refusing a load, and always on time, drivers drive more miles than they actually pay, i feel SCHUGEL did not like me cause, I actually start standing up for myself after a year, hardly did any fixing up on my truck, one time I waited 12 hours for a load at a shipper, never checked on me, I’ve always had too be a consultant for them. The company is always negative, this company don’t care for you. Trust me leave while you can, don’t do it, may seem the first couple of months to be good but later, they will screw you over so much it makes you regret working for them. STAY AWAY! Good Riddance to bad Rubbish!!!!!!!"

"Dirty company and office people do not respect black Americans. I was a rehire in 2022.. Pay is not good and they have bad dispatchers.. Office in Minnesota and Georgia.. Staff is no good and you will not make good checks at JR Schugel.. Payroll lady name Angie is rude and arrogant.. I was there in 2017 and I went back in 2022.. I quit less than a month in 2022.. Company is more worse than it was in 2017.. Liittle decent in 2017 but pay was still too low.. Company need new office people in Minnesota and Georgia."
"This is by far one of the worst companies to work for. Truck breaks down and instead of them offering a loaner truck they forced me to take home time. They say dedicated lanes and they don't have them anymore. This company will say 2024 trucks ha 2019 and maintenance will say your truck is fixed when it's not. They have inward facing cameras VIOLATION. If you come here you will regret it think twice. Wish I could not give a star."
"They will tell you lies about getting good loads, the equipment is barely holding up, oh the most important part. I email my driver manager last week to quit and told him I would return the truck on Friday, they decided to hold my paycheck. Illegal and rude but of all a inconvenience when he could have said hey just bring it before pay day. Great job Kevin and Randy for offering a com check but I have direct deposit, thanks so much."
