"Now that my car is finally delivered I'm going to let everyone know, to never ever use this company!!!!! http://usautotransport.us/ They are liars. Everything sounds reputable up front, their website show they have been in business 10+ years, they are insured, licensed and bonded and the website had good reviews (probably all fake and created) I talked with Ronnie the manager who gave me a quote of $1,200 ($300 down and $900 on delivery) to ship my car from Montana to Georgia with a pickup of Dec 30. I let him know we were pulling out Jan 1 and the car had to be picked up no later than that morning. He assured me that even though it was a holiday weekend it was no problem. (I asked several times) Well, they never came and got my car and Ronnie would not answer his phone, or his emails, and the 800 number in my email receipt for the 300 deposit would ring 20 times and hang up. So we had to leave the keys with a friend. Finally on Jan 2 we got in touch with someone at their 800 number who said he was just a dispatcher and that a driver would be calling me shortly. No driver ever called so I tried Ronnie again on Wednesday. Still no answer and his voice mailbox was always full. Finally got a hold of a dispatcher again on THURSDAY who said they would pick the car up Friday (a week late) but now instead of only 900 on delivery they wanted $1,800 on delivery!! I told them my quote and they said it didn't matter what he quoted, the drivers set the price. We have no choice but to agree or we never would have gotten my car! And the Russian guy who finally dropped it off could barely speak English and insisted I pay him through Zelle. So not only did I get my car a week later than promised, they tacked on an additional $900 . They are liars and not reputable. Do not use them no matter what!"

"I am currently in the process of having this company move my SXS from AZ to ID, at this point, they have missed the pickup date by a week, and when I call transport for a pick up date, I get the run-around, the drive will call you by noon. So at this point, 7/27/2023 they have indicated that a driver will contact me tomorrow by noon or they will refund my $200.00 deposit so that I can find another company to move my machine. More to come……."

"DO NOT USE THEM. We had to use them through a broker for two vehicles. They forgot one car, missed the pickup times TWICE that the driver told us. They missed delivery times the drivers told us TWICE. The owner, Mikail, is a horrible businessman who blames everyone else but himself for his lack of professionalism and communication. He will bully and threaten you to get his way. Even after he went against his agreement with me, he threatened me because Zelle would only limit how much I could send and he wanted me to pay him before my car was delivered. The drivers lie to tell you what you want then will not communicate with you if they can’t make the expected time. They are good at telling you what you want to hear. Worst experience…"

"Had a great experience with US Auto Transport Inc. Samantha was my driver and she was wonderful. Great communication via phone or text. Due to last minute add to her route, she worked out her route to make sure she got my car picked up ASAP. I booked with Mercury Auto Transport which is a BROKER and had me confirmed since November 18, 2021 for the first pick up date being December 18th. BIG mistake. When it's time for my car to be transported back to California from Georgia I will be calling US Auto directly and hopefully get Samantha again!"

"I was skeptical of all these different auto transport services. Seems like many of the reviews are negative. I ended up using these guys and had a pretty good experience. They picked up my vehicle right on time. I didn't have a firm deadline to get the vehicle so I was willing to get it whenever it arrived. My only negative was that they picked up on a Sat and didn't leave to head out west until the following weekend but for my situation that was fine. Once the driver had the car and was on his way he communicated with me and gave me an accurate timeline for delivery. He showed up the day he said he would and right on time, price was what we agreed on. No dings or dents just a bit dirty from the 4 days on the road but that is to be expected. Thanks Reggie!"
