"Bought a car from them, 2 weeks later the engine literally blew up. Now, not even a year after dropping 2 grand on an engine rebuild, the transmission has gone out! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! Steer clear!!"
"I’m mad as I am typing this review because I had good hopes of purchasing a good car from this place only because my dad referred me to them but I purchased an 2004 pt cruiser we drove it and everything and my dad checked it out and discovered that it needed motor mounts they wasn’t even gonna tell us about that UNTIL WE ASKED! So okay they said they would get that replaced, got that PARTIALLY replaced the car is still shaking their mechanic is SORRY he act as if he doesn’t know what he’s doing and he doesn’t do anything! He has other young boys working for him. Threee days after having the car it started running hot and we took it to a CERTIFIED mechanic and he explained to us that the engine was bad !! So I told the owner that and she told me she would trade me out this car And put me in another one she lied to me! I have only had this car 1 Month and I have had to get a new radiator, water pump, and new spark plugs and ITS STILL NOT RUNNING PROPERLY! I don’t recommend anyone get a car from here Roberta is RUDE AND THE SERVICE HERE IS POOR. They should have a REAL CERTIFIED mechanic look at those cars before they sell them because they sold me a bad car and they don’t even care !!!"
"I gave 5 stars because I have received 2 cars from them and had no problems. The only problem I had was the customer service the 2nd time around. I felt welcomed the first time but the second was just down right rude."
"We did a trade in with nothing wrong with our car and the car we got from them has broken motor mounts and vibrates very bad and loud but the mechanic kept saying there was nothing wrong with the car and it’s supposed to make the vibrations and noise because it’s a smaller car.. other than that it’s a good car. I thought we could do good business with them because our uncle did a year ago but I guess not.."
"Omg, it was such a great experience to meet good people, they helped me find a nice minivan and with less than I was prepared to pay. Thank you Mrs. Troy, and Mrs. Roberta. I'm bringing my son there for his first car after his graduation!!! Great service"
