"The warmers need to be hotter. My macaroni was not warm so i didn't est it because I knew it would make me ill. No telling how long it was in that pan without being in the proper temperature. The Fried chicken is the bomb!"
"I always thought the other Ingles on rockbridge (stone mountain) road was bad, this is hands down the worst Ingles I've been to. I've been to quiet a few. All due to a certain guy in deli. I believe in America own, America first, and helping my local economy, but this location makes it hard to do with such bad customer service. When someone keeps their back to you at the service counter and talks to their coworkers without acknowledging you, that's beyond rude. (but he acknowledged the guy that was standing next to me). This happened on 7/24/2023 at store #402 between 06:00 pm and 06:22pm. I don't know how this location stays in business. It really needs to be shut down. I hope that the store manager Monica Bailey understands this. I wish they'd put a Publix there. They're service and quality is soooooo much better. I stop coming there before because I was overcharged (deli again, same guy)."
"I have a love/hate relationship with this Ingles. It’s close to the house and the staff is always friendly. However, the selection seems limited. My biggest complaint, though, is how they stock items. I can never find things. They group items in the strangest ways."
