"Went to the pharmacy for a simple purchase of less than $1.00. I was refused services by Michael with the ponytail, Lena and the pharmacist. The pharmacist Rachna was rude, disrespectful, obnoxious arrogant condescending. Spoke to me as I was a child. The tech Lena was mean mugging me, laughing, rolling her eyes very hostile. I ask Michael the cashier to call a manager and he said he didn’t have the capability to do that and I need to walk up front and get a manager. Manager came and said they could have called from the pharmacy. After taking the manager through hoops, pharmacist finally sold me the $1.00 purchase. Horrible. These 3 have No people skills."

"Pharmacist I spoke with over the phone was rude and condescending when I asked a question about my prescription. She seemed very annoyed at having to explain something to me, which I am not even sure is accurate."

"I've been going here since 2021 and I'm thinking about changing my pharmacy. The pharmacist swear they are doctors not all of them but some of them. I need you to stay in your lane and do what you are hired to do which is fill prescriptions. You are not a doctor nor will I listen to a pharmacist over my doctor. Obviously the customer has gone to our doctor had a visit and proper testing done and based off of that the doctor has prescribed a prescription and all the pharmacist job is to fulfill the prescription period."

"I have been coming to this pharmacy for over 12 years. However, today was the first time I encountered the rude pharmacist Katherine Kwon. She acted as if it was a bother for her to answer my prescription questions and her entire disposition was rude. She would not give her name because she knows that her attitude is poor at best. If you don't want to deal with people, maybe you shouldn't be a pharmacist. Just a thought."

"I came to this Kroger on a Sunday afternoon to ensure that my insurance information was correct for a prescription that was going to be called in by my doctor the following day. I was told by Katherine Kwon that she had half the staff and didn’t have time to speak to my insurance, she would not give me the pharmacy line for my insurance to call in and instead handed me a pen and paper and told me to get the information myself. My insurance carrier was on the line and apologized to me and said she had never heard a pharmacist speak that way and would give me the info over the phone. Once I handed the information to Ms. Kwon she told me thanks for being patient...it’s good to be a patient person. I was then told she has to leave in 15 minutes so this is why she did that."
