"Inquired about a truck. Clerk offered to send pictures without me even asking. No pictures sent. At least they didn't waste my time. Just probably someone else's."

"Called and asked about a vehicle. Drove 2 hours to see it and found it not to be represented in person the same as was online. Had I been told the truth to start with and the pictures would have been taken correctly to show what the vehicle needs I would not have driven over. Just because the carfax is clean does not mean it does haven’t paint imperfections that someone tried to repair. However, the Sales personnel were very polite and respectful and a pleasure to talk with."

"I've been searching for a truck for months and finally found one at Harvey's. I've test driven several between ATL and Chattanooga and even almost had one ordered on Carvana. I saw a Ram online at Harvey's and drove from Rockmart to Summer to check it out. The price was great and they got me financed with a credit union with a better interest rate than other places I shopped. The service I received was incredible. I worked with both Danny and Harvey. I never felt pressured and they took care of me. I'd recommend Harvey's to anyone who's looking for a quality affordable vehicle. WAY better than going to a large dealership."

"Worse car experience I've ever had. The employees were great, and tried to help in every way possible. But not so much for the owner. Purchased a tahoe one day less than a week later the oil psi dropped, and was rattling, I took it back, payed half of repair bill a tow, only to get it back and it has oil psi, but it was still rattling. 3 weeks later transmission goes out this past Sunday. Had it towed back to them, all week of calling trying to get him to make this right. No luck. Had to buy another ride from a different car lot. So I only give one star and thats to much. My hats off to the staff that did try and help and the loan company that was trying to help."

"We bought a 2009 black Chevy 2500 on Dec 24th, 2016. We have not even had the truck 5 months and the transmission has went out. We contacted Harvey as soon as it happened (Monday, June 5, 2017) but according to Tim he was out of town until Thursday, June 8, 2017). We explained what had happened and asked Harvey to at the very least pay for 1/2 of the cost to replace the transmission ($2500.00 for tranny and a additional $500.00 if the transfer case was bad as well). He said that he would do nothing and we were just out of luck. We paid cash for this vehicle and we understand it is a used vehicle and things happen. When we bought the vehicle within 2 weeks the power window module on the driver side went out, the cd player stopped working, the headlight went out and upon inspection the wires were rigged and it was burning the wires, only 2 speakers work, along with having to have new tires, brakes, and rotors. We did not ask for any help at all with these issues as it is normal wear and tear. However, having a truck for 5 months and the tranny go out without any warning signs is kind of odd. BEWARE of his cars and vehicles - pay someone to inspect them and go over with a fine tooth comb. Will NEVER do business with them again. We also drove 84 miles oneway to get this truck. Very disappointed."
