"I took 2 different vehicles for an oil change. My wife’s car leaked so I took it back to the shop and said nothing was wrong. Turns out they never looked or bothered to check the skid plate underneath. So after seeing puddles on the concrete, I took it back to the shop and they eventually found the leak. After kinda being a little ill. So now I’m trying to change my oil in my truck, they stripped out the oil plug and never bothered to tell me much less took the time to fix it. Now the oil filter is so tight, I can’t get it off at all. So go ahead and take your car there if you want nothing but headaches"
