"Very very slow. Employess count items 5 times and will restart counting again if their favorite customer walks in. They talk too much. Will never go there again"

"Personally customer service is huge for me. As a fellow African I'm beyond disappointed. Grew up coming here with my mom. Fast forward to say.. Came in here to make a little purchase and to get my receipt was like pulling teeth. Please for the sake of those that support your business especially to help your business stay a business whats wrong with smiling a bit more? why is it so hard to communicate? I used my card and waited for a receipt just to be looked at as if I am speaking another language. Didn't even bother because I was already irritated at this point. It's unprofessional if you ask me. Also to add on you all should do an inventory sweep and check for what is old and not old.i have gotten bread a couple times that had mold and did not even get reimbursed or an exchange for."

"It has most of the African groceries I want. Love the fish rolls. They have great customer services. When the young man who works there is in the store, he helps me take the groceries to my car! This is my number one store for buying African groceries"

"Wow. This was going to be my first time at this store. Unfortunately, there won't be a first time. It said at the door that the store opens at 10 am. I came all the way from Atlanta trying to get some necessities from them, having heard much about them. I arrived at 10 am, there were others waiting as well. I left around 10:20 because I was in a rush. Please abide to your business hours! It's not fair to everyone, wasting money to come all the way across town like this."

"Great selection of Holland Supreme Wax African fabric. Great colors and patterns. $40 for a bolt. I think about 10 yards. I plan on getting this made into a dress for my birthday. They also have two different types of black soap. The soap in the brown wrapper is darker than the kind they have in the theplastic. The one in the wrapper smells like ash which is what real black soap should smell like. Not that the soap in plastic isn't authentic, but maybe it's older or sourced from another part of Africa than the soap in the brown wrapper. Small selection of jewelry: bracelets and necklaces. They have a large selection of other soap and cosmetics behind a glass case. They take credit cards."
