Publix Super Market at Spalding Corners Shopping Center

"Recent visit was absolutely distasteful. Went to the deil for a vegan sub and it was a complete disaster every was dirty and unsanitary. I had to ask the young man to clean area and the knife and to also get clean gloves. He cleaned the knives with a paper towels(no soap and water) and used the same gloves to prepare food. I asked again for him to change gloves and clean the area appropriately. At this point I am disgusted with the department manager because she was STANDING right there watching the interaction. NOT once did she offer to assist with the problem. I walked away without what I purposely came for having to purchase everything separately to make it myself. I get to check out and the store assistant manager was on the register. I informed her about the issue and she extended a weak “ I am sorry” as if that’s going to help not once did she offer to address the problem or fix the issue. She had thee audacity to ask “was it a vegan sub(she knew because she checked us out)? That wasn’t even the last of it, could you believe the deil manger walked right past the register, looked me right in the eyes and kept walking. This was a missed opportunity to ask how she could fix the problem. I will be calling the store manager in the morning, just as I informed the assistant manager and if that doesn’t go well corporate will be contacted."

"Three seperate occasions, I've done online orders for subs at this location. Never again, there time management is piss poor. Subs are never toasted properly, and they are always late on delivery. I dont recommend getting a pub sub from this location. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Edit: Thank you Mrs. Linda (CSM) for making things right. I hope the new Deli manager will change my opinion in the future, of this location."

"A bit smaller than other Publix stores around but it was still very clean and tidy when I went. I ordered 4 subs on the app and they were there and ready when I came to pick them up. However, the drink machine was down."

"Go to this location if you want the worse customer service ever. They put the label BOGO right below on their products but when you check out, it isn't the right amount of quantity. Well, it turns out the correct product did not really exist in this store. They are just making you go back and forth wasting your time looking for a product they don't sell. The cashiers are mean and disrespectful."

"Very clean and well organized. I'd like to highlight a young man that works there. Adam is so friendly and is attentive to taking in everybody's carts with a smile. When I arrived and started walking into the store from 20 feet away and the parking lot, he gave me a big wave and a hello. What a great guy!!"
