"We purchased two wood burning stoves from them, with the latest purchase in fall 2023. We always appreciated their knowledge and ability to provide Vermont Casting wood burning stoves and other accessories as needed, unfortunately, we have had an issue with this last stove and can’t seem to get any customer service support from them after numerous phone calls and even an in person visit and submitting photos and videos to them as requested. We spent well over $6000 on the last wood burning stove and they are not interested in a follow up with us to ensure our problem gets resolved. Very disappointing and frustrating!"
