"If your going to sell lottery tickets then you should be able to cash them. So if someone had sent me some money thru western union then this Publix wouldn't be able to pay that out either? I was told they didn't have enough to pay out a 500 lottery ticket."

"Had the best experience with the folk in prepared foods yesterday. The gentleman behind the counter was so helpful (and funny). It seems I ordered a pick up for the wrong day for a work luncheon, but they helped me right away. I wish I would have asked their names. The guy working behind the counter and the gentleman who went to the back to prepare my 20 piece fried chicken box made it happen for me in about 3 minutes. It's not often lately that I experience this kind of customer service and I really want to acknowledge their kindness. Thanks guys!"
