"Today, Sunday, October 29 at 7:43 pm, I had a bad experience with an employee of this store. I asked her if she could help me give me an electronic item to buy and she despotically and rudely told me that I couldn't do it, she left and left me standing. Why do they have to put up with this type of people when their job is to serve customers? The truth is, I will never return to this store. She is a tall young girl with dreadlocks and apparently braces on her teeth. I demand an explanation from the company. this bad and terrible service from this employee Apparently I think at that moment she was with a shopping cart arranging merchandise"
"We went to return our purchase because the curtains were not the correct length and they refused to let us return the curtains we had bought not even an hour prior to returning to the store. My boyfriend went to the curtain isle to see if they had another size and they told him that he needed to leave the bag up front because they “don’t want him stealing stuff.”"
