"Seems like a decent place but some of the policy’s they could let you know over the phone before you waste a Saturday morning here. I went to rent a rear tine tiller and they wouldn’t rent me one due to the fact I didn’t have a trailer just a pickup truck. They were happy to rent me a trailer for over 100$, I went right down the road and rented the same tiller and guess what they loaded it in the back of my truck no issues. Quit wasting peoples time Terry!!!!!"
"Dropped in this afternoon to look at a zero turn as I had heard service was great with Terry’s. This is after spending time at Home Depot looking at a Toro and asking to speak with a manager to discuss a better deal on what they had for a 50” since it’s end of season. Manager never came out as they sent a lawn and garden guy who couldn’t make such decisions: speak to manager he said??? Anyway, worked with Nathan at Terry’s and 30 minutes later they had my new 52” raptor on their trailer being delivered to my house. Straight up old school experience and and service... oh and got end of season deal worth $400 off! Great experience, knowledgeable people, excellent service!"
"Absolutely fantastic service! Bought a Hustler Zero Turn from another dealer but when I had a minor problem with my brand new machine they simply ignored me. I called Hustler Manufacture directly and they recommended I contact Terry's. From first call, through pickup, repair, and delivery of the unit, they were extremely helpful. Won't be going anywhere else for maintenance in the future."
