"We are in the process of moving back to Alabama from NW Indiana. We had 3 storage unit facilities on our list. We visited Extra Space Storage first. Cristi was absolutely amazing. Made us feel welcome, showed us the available spaces, and reviewed all of the details. We took the evening to think about it, and didn't even visit the other 2 places, even though one offered a free month. Cristi made the decision easy for us, which is such a relief with the stress of moving. Extra Space is clean, well lit, and obviously the staff takes pride in the facility.
