Pro Desk at The Home Depot

"Just called to see if any carpet cleaners were available to rent. A lady transferred me to a department that kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. Eventually a transferred me back to the original lady I spoke to who transferred me again. I spent quite a while on hold until eventually somebody picked it up and just hung up. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Great service. In there all the time. Picked up 200 pieces of lumber. Not pre-ordered and was loaded and back on the road in less than an hour."

"This home depot sucks. I was there for two hours and no one except the Hispanic gentlemen at the pro desk offered to help us. After asking several people that worked there for help, we received responses like i don't know i cant help you and the best one ever "I'm about to be off". You would think that customer service would be important. On top of everything we asked for help and the employees were talking about sports with a guy from home depot corporate office and none of them offered to help they were all to busy. This corporate guy should really learn his role in the company. This was on 4/26/2016 in the event home depot would like to watch the store cameras and see how many other customers are dodged and ignored. On another day I went there and watched an older navy veteran ask for help loading some wood and the three Home Depot employees walk to the back and hid so they would not have to help him. Whoever manages this store should really look for better employees. I now drive to the Home Depot on Buford Drive which is totally different they are actually very helpful."
