"I am doing some spring renovations around the house and for the front/back yards. We had a real great convo w/ Todd who works there. He gave us some good pointers regarding planting, equipment & tools that will do what we're aiming to do. He was very helpful, kind and informative. He even said if we need any more tips what days he's there should we happen to be there again. These 5 Stars are for TODD!! I hope that his managers acknowledge what a great employee they have and realize his WORTH!! Thank you, Todd for everything and info. Stay Golden.."

"Feb 2023 I bought a GE Profile Washer and Dryer along with extended warranty. I have had issues with the Washer and Dryer from the beginning. I have been to Home Depot asking if I could exchange the Washer and Dryer they will NOT exchange. Today my Washer is NOT working at all. I have a full Washer with water and it won't spin drain the water etc. I call the warranty line they are NOT open on weekends. I called an outside source who came to my home today same day told me they can't fix the Washer due to its a GE Profile and the part they need to order is very hard to get. I have once again called Home Depot and I have not received any help on this. #1 I will NEVER BUY A GE APPLIANCE #2 I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN HOME DEPOT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE."

"It was great to see many employees in the isles for assistance if needed. I was looking at different options for drain cleaner and Todd walked right up and offered assistance. I communicated my issue, and he recommended and thoroughly explained how a product worked, and I purchased it. I am pleased with the product and grateful for Todd's helpful advice."

"This store is the best. Most recently, we came in with an issue with a pressure washer purchased there. Assistant Manager James went out of his way to resolve our problem. Very customer service oriented. We also buy a good bit of mulch and gardening supplies at this store, and staff is very helpful in finding what we need and loading it in the car. Clean and organized store with very helpful employees."
